In The Red was formed late 2011 by lead guitarist Pete Rizzo and bassist Chris Elliott. They both had been in the New England music scene for years but were never satisfied and wanted a fresh breath of original music.
This new project was a direct result of their need for a modern metal band that would reach all audiences. With the acceptance of modern rock and metal into the mainstream music industry, they started to make the heaviest yet radio friendly songs that would be surefire hits.
After spending countless hours writing the music, numerous trips to the studio for demos, and trying out various musicians, Pete and Chris finally crafted the band into what you see today.
Now with the help of AJ Pelletier screaming out the sickest melodies and Marc Charette crushing the killer beats, In The Red will surely accomplish what they intend to do - rip your f**king face off!
